She has shared screen space with Bollywood’s biggies, played a lead character in a National award wining film and this is just the beginning for the talented Nneetu Chandra.

This Gemini was born in Patna, Bihar. She studied at Nortre Dame Academy in Patna and graduated from IP College in Delhi with a dream of becoming a model.

She started her struggle in Delhi by taking up a few modeling assignments. Nneetu then appeared in a dozens ads before entering the Indian film industry.

Her ticket to Bollywood was the comedy flick Garam Masala, which included Akshay Kumar and John Abraham.

In 2006 she made her debut in South Indian cinema with the Telugu film Godavari directed by Sekhar Kammula.

An actor’s dedication clearly reflects in the movie, that’s why there was no doubt of the movie Traffic Signal (2007) winning a National award.
