Priyanka Chopra scorched the stage at Femina Miss India 2009 at Andheri Sports Complex in Mumbai on Sunday, April 5.

She arrived at the event in a golden dress with heavy sequin work with a crystal buckle on the waist.

The former Miss India performed at the event along with Kangana Ranaut and Genelia D’Souza. The acts were choreographed by Shiamak Davar.

She changed her attires several times as she performed her Bollywood acts, showing her superbly toned body and delightful curves.

For one of the acts she wore silver colored heavily embellished saree dress paired with a fitted long top with cutaway shoulders and heavy sequin and crystal work.

For another, she wore sparkling golden flared pants paired with the same top that she wore with her saree.

For yet another act she paired her same long glittery top with a red long heavily embellished skirt with full-on side slits.

She accessorized with golden strappy heels, stud earrings, a sparkling stone studded tikka on her forehead and sparkling set of bangles in her left arm.

Her dark long hair set in vertical waves and a middle parting draped her shoulders. Her smoky eye makeup and bronze lip color accentuated her tanned look.

The event was co-hosted by Malaika Arora Khan and R. Madhavan.

Judges for the pageant included Madhur Bhandarkar, Ajay Devgan, Sushmita Sen, Asin, Deepika Padukone; fashion designer Nandita Mahtani, IGM managing director Ravi Krishnan, fashion magazine editor Mickey Bourdman, and Lakme advisor Anil Chopra.

Twenty-two year old Delhite Ekta Chaudhary was named Femina Miss India 2009. Pooja Chopra from Pune and Shriya Kishore from Mumbai were the runners up.
